Aim                      :-Innovative tool for ploug

          -Note: Low cost and simple to use for digging in farms. 

Introduction  :

                      Usually Plough is used for digging but my institute                            not only teach about. How it works but it inspires me                        to learn science behind every tool. I used here I                                  learned how to make a modified and automated                                plough . I look out how it would be usefull for rural                          people in low cost and simple to use.

Requirements:

• 1 ft torshen bar
• Square tubes 
• L-angle
• pipe 
• C-channel
• Squarebar(8mm)
• Nuts
• bolts

Equipments:

• Cutter machine 
• piller drill machine 
• Grinding machine 
• Welding machine 
• Welding rod 
• Spanner 

Procedure:

1. First i joined a feet pipe in the mid of 12.7inch pipe and made it like a T angle.
2. Then i joined a 45cm angle to the previous structure which made from other two pipes.
3. I assembled The structure and then added 5 torshen bars of 1 feet and made a structure.
4. By kept a distance of 2.8 inch between every torshen bar.
5. This made my first structure ready.
6. Then I worked on body.It was started with 1feet2inch square tube and made a T angle structure.
7. Then i joined 50cm angle at fixed 1feet 2inch angle at the side edges of the structure. 
8. then fixed four 1feet 2inch sized square bars inside the structure by 3inch distance between them.
9. Then I fixed hand made C-channel on the edges for digging.
10. Then i made holes by drilling and fixing nut bolts.

Observation :

First I processed my project where the structure tilt then i observed and go to know C-channel is not on its right place.Again I fix C-channel and processed it after same time once again one torshen bar broken then i fixed it by welding like third time one C-channel brokes .After three failures my project was successfully working. then i painted it and i was done.

Conclusion :

                     Atlast i learned how to innovate a plough and how to                        bring it in rural developement
