            Fixing sunmica on plywood Date:-30 august 2017 Aim:- fixing sunmica on plywood Requirements:- plywood, sunmica, nails, fevicol, stool, all carpentry work tools. Procedure:-make wooden box to fix sunmica.                    cut plywood to required size using saw                    cut sunmica to required size                    use fevicol to plywood and put the sunmica over it                    keep weight or small nail and abro tape to hold sunmica to plywood till it sticks.                     Observation:- care and tricks of cutting and handling sunmica.                        take care while cutting and handling plywood.                        tricks to hold sunmica with plywood. Measure tha surface area which will be painted. Calculate the paint required.Select proper Brush for painting. Clean the brush in kerosene. Use the thinner to make paint thinner. Then paint. Cover the area to be protected from colour drops. After painting clean the brush with kerosene. Conclusion   :- Cleaning and measuring the work place is very important Selection of proper brush gives a good result. Finishing the work with perfection.

                            How to do  Soldering Date:-19 sept 2017 Aim:-to learn to solder soldering Requirements:-Blow lamp, plyear, soldering iron,                                                     hydrochloric acid, soldering rod,                                                     (lead,zinc,tin) tin sheet plate for making tin                                  can copper cube glass flux. procedure:-1) Take one glass and added hydrochloric acid.                      2) Copper cubes is placed in the flame of blow                                  lamp for heating.                      3)Apply flux on the area to be soldered.                      4) solder metal is kept on the area to be soldered.                       It is heated using red hot copper cube. solder                              metal. Cut tin sheet in the shape of diagram. Then join the sheet. After joining, solder to it wiht solder meterial. Then cut its lower part in a round shape. Uses:-  To pour kerosene we use this a lot             We can use to pour liquids to a small hole. 

                      L-Sandha T- Sandha                              Items used  :-     Wood, Axa  Materials     :-         Karvat, Patashi Process       :-               First we want to take 4 wood peaces.               which shape we want, we make like that. L-Sandha:-               First a square shape wood peace              Cut it using sandha,make one side in the shape of L              Cut L shape Separatly T-Sandha :-              Take a wood piece.             Measure it then cut it.

                                 Brick making  Items              :- Sand, Cement, Wood Dust,etc Materials       :-Phavda,Ghamela,Thapi,Brick making machine,etc Process           :-                         Take a measurement of  Brick.                          4x5,5x6 inch.                           Make a molter of water, cement and sand.                          Use wood to make it lighter.                          Make the ratio of molter in 1:6 ratio.                         Sand quantity:0.26 Ghamela for foot.                         Cement quantity:1.5kg.

Threading and Tapping                                DATE:-20/08/2017   Aim:-To learn about treading and tapping           Requiremeant's :- Take a bar of range 18mm to 12mm oil,treading die and use of pipevice.   Procedure:-                        Threading:-Fit rod in to the vice use of die range to threading give back to forth motion to the die use of oil for lubrication.                         Tapping:-Drill hole of proper size on the job .It is important to calculate size of hole required. As light drill can be made to fit the tap range .It is just over size then the daimeter  of hole ,deep of the cut is smaller with this tap range . oil is used for lubrication and cooling when aware we rotate we use oil.
